Business schools are still training people for a world that no longer exists. I joined academia to be part of changing that.

I'm an educator, researcher, and practitioner at the intersection of AI, innovation, and business transformation. I currently serve as Academic Director and Professor at Albert School in Madrid, a new kind of institution built at the crossroads of data science, AI, and business strategy.

My teaching spans strategy & business models, technology & innovation, marketing & operations, and emerging digital capabilities. I believe the most effective educators are the ones who've lived what they teach.

Before moving into academia full-time, I spent over a decade leading large-scale transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 companies in financial services and insurance, including Moody's (VP, Business Transformation) and AIG (Head of Digital Transformation & CX, North America).

I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified instructor in Design Thinking and Agile. I'm currently completing a PhD in Innovation Management at GBSB Global Business School.

I also wrote Unlocking CX, a guide to creating customer experiences that resonate in the digital era.
